This is our maxim, our long-term ambition as well as our daily task. We create a new kind of business in which new means better, more environmentally friendly and more creative. We do not only want to find our niche in a toxic business, we want to disrupt the fashion business. Our team is not supposed to work in yesterday’s world, but rather create pioneering technology. Together we want to give everyone the opportunity to create something new, for themselves as well as for everybody else.
What do we want to tell our children 20 years from now?
We want to tell them “look what I’ve done. Look what I was a part of”. We want to create a business model that creates something tangible and new, not just a new app. To do that, we have to build something durable and not be the umpteenth startup looking only for a quick exit.
What business do you want to work in?
A business in which we work in flat hierarchies, whether intern or team leader. Only the best argument and the greatest competence count for us in the decision-making process. We want to work in an atmosphere in which new things are constantly emerging and successes are celebrated together.
What do we love about our vision?
All the clothes we manufacture belong to someone from the beginning. We change the role of fashion designers by making it much easier for them to act as individual artists and not as employees of a corporate group. The much easier market entry democratizes the fashion business to a certain extent.
